Maldives Legend Sea Pleasure is a cosy and fast liveaboard with a relaxed atmosphere. One of the most soulful yachts in the Maldives Legend fleet, she is elegant, stylish, simple, clear, and comfortable – a perfect choice for those who want not only to dive but also live beautifully between dives, without the spartan dive boat feel.

 

Maldives Legend Sea Pleasure is more compact than many yachts, measuring 30 x 9 meters, creating a unique atmosphere that's more intimate, calm, and relaxed. It's an excellent choice for small groups or those who prefer smaller boats.

 

Maldives Legend Sea Pleasure accommodates a maximum of 24 guests in 10 cabins. These include four suites with balconies and magnificent ocean views, three family cabins, and three standard cabins. All cabins are functional, air-conditioned, and en-suite, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The interior is modern without being overly pretentious, focusing more on comfort than ostentatious gloss.

 

Maldives Legend Sea Pleasure is a yacht where you can both unwind and be part of the crew, depending on your mood. The space is organised efficiently. Four decks house several outdoor lounge areas, a restaurant and dining areas overlooking the ocean, a bar and indoor salon for evenings, a spacious sundeck with sun loungers and a jacuzzi, and a bow area with bean bags – the best spot for Instagram photos.

 

Diving on Maldives Legend Sea Pleasure is organised in the Maldives tradition, from a dhoni: comfortable, unfussy, with several dives per day. Itineraries cover key regions of the Maldives: the Central Atolls – whale sharks, manta rays, reef sharks; Hanifaru Bay – home to the famous Manta Madness phenomenon; the Deep South offers strong currents, tiger sharks, and hammerheads. This isn't just a "scuba diving trip," but an ocean expedition.

 

Besides diving, at Maldives Legend Sea Pleasure, one can snorkel, get an adrenaline rush with a wakeboard, flyboard, or jet ski, or imagine oneself a pioneer and embark on an island-hopping expedition.

 

Maldives Legend Sea Pleasure knows how to change up the rhythm. During the day, there are several dives, snorkelling, and hopping between atolls; in the evening, a sunset jacuzzi, cocktails, and dinner under the stars; and sometimes a barbecue on a deserted island, where the ocean becomes the backdrop. The cuisine blends international and local flavours, with an emphasis on fresh seafood and variety – an important advantage for longer safaris.

 

Maldives Legend Sea Pleasure offers space, comfort, and scale, a relaxed safari format where the focus isn't on the number of features, but on the overall feeling of relaxation, simplicity, and the ocean all around. Booking and Payment Terms

Payment Schedule: For full charter –

  1. a) 30% of the deposit payment is to be paid upon confirmation for each trip. This 30% deposit is non-refundable.
  2. 70% of the balance payment is to be received in the Provider’s Beneficiary accounts a minimum of 45 days prior to arrival.
  3. For any third-party service providers, the full amount as specified in the invoice shall be received by the Provider to ensure that service is arranged.

Payment Schedule: For Half charter and Individual –

  1. 40% of the deposit payment is to be paid upon confirmation for each trip. This 40% deposit is non-refundable.
  2. 60% of the balance payment is to be received in the Provider’s Beneficiary accounts a minimum of 45 days prior to arrival.
  3. For any third-party service providers, the full amount as specified in the invoice shall be received by the Provider to ensure that service is arranged.

 Cancellation by Guests for full charters

  1. For any cancellations received 45 days prior to arrival the 30% non- refundable deposit will be charged
  2. For any cancellations received within 45 days prior to arrival or NO SHOW, 100% of the total amount to be charged

 Cancellation by Guests for Half Charter & Individual –

  1. For any cancellations received 45 days prior to arrival the 40% non-refundable deposit will be charged
  2. For any cancellations received within 45 days prior to arrival or NO-SHOW, 100% of the total amount to be charged.

MANDATORY EXCLUSIONS
a. Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night to be paid on arrival.
b. 10% Service Charge of the charter price which can be termed as a service fee and to be paid upon arrival. The full 10% Service charge amount is to be paid directly to the captain in an enclosed envelope. Any amount extra paid along with the 10% Service charge amount will be regarded as crew tips and divided equally among all crew members.
c. Fuel Surcharges will be applied for Routes other than Best of Maldives (Male’ – Ari – Vaavu) or Hanifaru Bay (Male’ – Baa) for Diving & Male’ – Vaavu or Male’ – Ari for Non- diving. Current fuel surcharges for other routes are specified below:
1 Hanifaru Bay + North Ari Atoll for Diving: USD 50 per pax per week
2 Hanifaru Bay + Raa + Lhaviyani: USD 75 per pax per week
3 Male’ - Gan / Kooddoo – Gan: USD 175 per person per week
4 For Non-Diving: If Vaavu is added to Male’ – Ari route, if Ari is added to Male’ – Vaavu route, or If Male’ – Baa route is required an additional USD 800 will be charged
5 For any other routes or custom-made itineraries fuel surcharges are to be communicated via email and confirmed
6 Marine Park fees are applicable when necessary.
 
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
a. Nitrox
i. Pre-booked nitrox – In full charters if confirmed and paid while booking, Nitrox could be provided for all pax for an additional USD 1000 per week
ii. For all confirmations received at least 2 weeks prior to arrival Nitrox can be provided for an additional USD 75 per person per week.
iii. For any confirmations received within 2 weeks prior to arrival Nitrox can be provided for an additional USD 100 per person per week
b. Extra Dive Guide
If the operator requires an extra dive guide, it will cost an additional USD 120 per guide per day and must be hired for the entire week.
c. Equipment Rental
All Equipment has to be rented exclusively from Maldives Legend and no equipment is to be rented from any third- party service provider unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Maldives Legend. Guests responsible for the equipment have to take full responsibility for damaged or lost equipment due to negligence.
d. Domestic Flights
i. If the Client wishes to book the guest's domestic flights for any other route other than the Best of Maldives, Maldives Legend will provide the service of booking the domestic flights.
ii. However, Maldives Legend will not take any responsibility for changes in flight, changes in schedule, or delays in confirmation made by the airline as they are a third-party service provider
iii. Additionally, no seats can be reserved or confirmed unless after two working days of receiving the full payment for domestic flights and passport details of the passengers.

Cabin Description

Maldives Legend – Sea Pleasure liveaboard accommodates a total of 20 pax in 10 cabins.

There are 4 Seaview cabins with private balconies on the upper deck, two of these cabins have options for either twin or double accommodation. 

On the Lower Deck there are 2 Standard twin cabins in the front, and 3 Family cabins with a double bed and with a single bed, and one cabin with a double bed. 

All rooms are airconditioned with en-suite shower and toilet, the Upper deck cabins have minibar.
